Meet HL Kathy Borrell, 484-645-7068 (cell), at the Schuylkill River Trail parking lot at the intersection of Station Avenue and Pawlings Road for an out and back hike on either the Schuylkill River Trail or the Perkiomen Trail. This will be mostly on a paved path. Directions: From the intersection of Routes 23 and 252, head west on Route 23 for 1.6 miles. Turn right at Ferry Road traffic light to a 4-way stop (about 0.5 mile). Turn right onto Pawlings Road. Once you have crossed the Schuylkill River, go about 0.8 to the traffic light at Station Ave. and Pawlings Road. Turn left at the light and the parking lot is immediately on your right.
