ANNOUNCEMENT: ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING followed by Quarterly Board of Directors Meeting
Date: TUESDAY, MAY 13, 2025 Time: 7:00 PM
Place: Chester Co. Government Services Center, 601 Westtown Road, West Chester, PA in Room 339.
During the Annual Membership meeting, elections will be held for a new slate of officers. The nominating committee will send out the slate of officers at a later date but, at least 2 months before the annual membership meeting.
Additional nominations may be made from the floor at the meeting. No person shall be nominated by the Nominating Committee or at the meeting who has not agreed to serve if elected.
NOTE: Security screening will be in effect upon entering the building. Be prepared to place personal property on an x-ray machine belt and to walk through a screening device. All members are welcome.
